1989 Hispanic Male Florida

This Hispanic male was struck by a car while riding his bicycle in Florida in 1989. There are no indicators that he may have been an immigrant. I just have a gut feeling on this one and that means nothing except I feel like adding him.http://doenetwork.org/cases/1373umfl.html

HISPANIC MALE-DAVIDSON CO. TENNESSEE 2007

He has tattoos that are in Spanish and he was walking on an interstate and because no one has ever claimed his body.Of course, these things do not automatically mean he is an immigrant, but you never know. The more places his case is added to raises the outrageous odds that he may be found by his family some day. I just cannot imagine one of my children,siblings or other family member being killed in another country all alone and then never knowing what happened to him. Hopefully someone will find him!!!!
