Female found in Europe

For some reason someone felt the need to add her to the American Doenetwork but it did not say why. Usually when this is done they think the victim may have some tie to America and for this reason I added her here.http://doenetwork.org/cases/659ufaut.html

He has tattoos that are in Spanish and he was walking on an interstate and because no one has ever claimed his body.Of course, these things do not automatically mean he is an immigrant, but you never know. The more places his case is added to raises the outrageous odds that he may be found by his family some day. I just cannot imagine one of my children,siblings or other family member being killed in another country all alone and then never knowing what happened to him. Hopefully someone will find him!!!!
