FEMALE FOUND OCTOBER 24,2003

This woman is more than likely born and raised in Europe and she spent the last 10-years of her life she spent in Western France. She either had money or had access to it. She had over $20,000 worth of superb dental work and had an extremely nice manicure. She was found off of Devil Dog Road.
